Delivery Information

Our products will arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 5 days. For deliveries within Dhaka, expect your order within 2 to 3 days, while deliveries outside Dhaka typically take 3 to 5 days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Refund and Return Policy

At Divine Essence, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please refer to our refund and return policy below:

Inspection upon Delivery

We highly recommend that customers carefully examine their purchase while the delivery person is present. This allows you to verify the product's condition and confirm it meets your expectations.

Return Process

If you decide to return a product during the inspection, please inform the delivery person immediately. Kindly note that the delivery charge for returning the item will be covered by the customer.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please notify the delivery person at the time of inspection. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with both returning the original product and receiving the exchanged one. Please note that a maximum of two products per order can be exchanged.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

• Exchanges: Must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Returns: Must be initiated immediately in the presence of the delivery person.
• We are unable to accommodate any return or exchange requests beyond these timeframes.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Divine Essence reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the products do not meet these criteria.
